Requirements

Must have computer literacy, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in reading and understanding English.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Requires standing for extended periods, occasional heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs), frequent bending, reaching, and dexterity tasks.
Must meet physical and vision requirements, handle varying work intensities (light to medium), and adapt to different environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

Accurately record all finished cases, case sizes, and discrepancies while maintaining comprehensive product information and communicating with relevant team members.
Program and operate automatic palletizers, troubleshoot minor issues following Lock Out Tag Out procedures, and ensure smooth production runs.
Maintain good housekeeping, adhere to GMPs, prioritize food safety and quality, and report any concerns to supervisors.
