About The Position

The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a Customer Service Center Assistant Manager for its Clintwood Customer Service Center. This role involves leading a team that provides essential motor vehicle and driver services. The Assistant Manager supports daily operations, supervises staff, and ensures excellent customer service across various DMV programs. They will assist the Customer Service Center Manager in coordinating programs, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The Assistant Manager will also oversee the center's full operations in the Manager's absence.
