About The Position
The DMLSS Area of Responsibility (AOR) Manager provides regional oversight and coordination for DMLSS/LogiCole FM implementation and sustainment across assigned OCONUS locations. The AOR Manager serves as the primary liaison between DHA, MTFs, and on-site personnel within the assigned region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with DMLSS/LogiCole FM and facility management.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel OCONUS as required.
- Ability to meet security, CAC, and access requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all DMLSS/LogiCole FM activities within the assigned AOR.
- Provide oversight of DSS and Facility Operations personnel.
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate training, transition support, and business process improvements.
- Prepare and submit monthly AOR progress reports.
- Support DHA-directed initiatives, inspections, and data calls.
- Serve as the escalation point for regional DMLSS/LogiCole FM issues.
