About The Position

At Aegis Healthcare, we are expanding our Triton Medical Supply team and are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of DME Technician who shares our desire to make healthcare better for everyone. Requirements

Must be 18+ years of age
Service oriented mindset

Keen attention to detail
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and flexible.
High level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of materials and information.
Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
Valid driver's license (clean record) & reliable transportation.
Proof of current auto insurance & registration
Ability to pass criminal background check
Valid AZ fingerprint clearance card (we can help)
Current CPR certification (we can help) & negative TB test (we can test)

Nice To Haves

We are a 24/7 operation, with predetermined, rotating on call schedule

Responsibilities

Ensure stock levels are appropriate along with maintaining warehouse and delivery vehicles are organized and clean
Determine or obtain best daily route, assemble, and deliver all needed equipment; educate patient and family on how to properly use equipment
Work with patients/clients to solve a variety of problems
Complete delivery and pickup process promptly and accurately
Assist in cleaning, disinfecting, and with minor repair of equipment
Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance
Take "on call" time on a predetermined, rotating basis during weeknights and weekends
Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when working with clients
Accept other duties and activities as assigned
