About The Position

At Aegis Healthcare, we are expanding our Triton Medical Supply team and are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of DME Technician who shares our desire to make healthcare better for everyone. Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years of age

  • High level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of materials and information.
  • Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
  • Valid driver's license (clean record) & reliable transportation.
  • Proof of current auto insurance & registration
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Valid AZ fingerprint clearance card (we can help)
  • Current CPR certification (we can help) & negative TB test (we can test)

  • We are a 24/7 operation, with predetermined, rotating on call schedule

Responsibilities

  • Ensure stock levels are appropriate along with maintaining warehouse and delivery vehicles are organized and clean
  • Determine or obtain best daily route, assemble, and deliver all needed equipment; educate patient and family on how to properly use equipment
  • Work with patients/clients to solve a variety of problems
  • Complete delivery and pickup process promptly and accurately
  • Assist in cleaning, disinfecting, and with minor repair of equipment
  • Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance
  • Take "on call" time on a predetermined, rotating basis during weeknights and weekends
  • Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when working with clients
  • Accept other duties and activities as assigned
