Requirements

  • Holds a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • Has 7 years of experience in product management.
  • Is recognized for their ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Stands out for their understanding of cybersecurity, information protection, compliance, and data classification challenges.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills in complex technology environments.
  • Is recognized for their influential leadership, collaboration skills, and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
  • Has knowledge of DLP programs, prevention policies, and controls related to sensitive data.
  • Has knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe practices.
  • Has an advanced level of French, both spoken and written.
  • Has an advanced level of English, as the incumbent will be required to collaborate, facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and coordinate initiatives with English-speaking partners, vendors, and stakeholders on a regular basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP alerts, exceptions, false positives, and data leakage channels.
  • Experience delivering large-scale security initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and evolve the DLP roadmap and product backlog.
  • Translate business, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear deliverables.
  • Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during workshops, Agile ceremonies, and planning activities.
  • Contribute to the governance of the DLP program by participating in the management of priorities, metrics, exceptions, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote the adoption of DLP solutions across business units and technical teams.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure value delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
