Phoenix Cyber is looking for a DLP Engineer to join our client delivery team. This position is onsite at the client location. The role involves assessing DLP configurations, infrastructure, and options, including evaluating different endpoint protection tools to help customers select the best fit. The engineer will develop DLP designs, integrate DLP solutions, and assess enterprise reporting capabilities. This includes configuring DLP reporting, developing endpoint system test plans, and setting up endpoint policies in monitoring mode. A key part of the role is assessing Microsoft Office 365 email configurations, infrastructure, email flow, and DLP options. Responsibilities include developing O365 email DLP designs, integrating DLP solutions, reviewing email Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assessing enterprise reporting capabilities. The engineer will also configure DLP reporting, develop email system test plans, and set up O365 Email DLP policies in monitoring mode. Daily tasks involve monitoring O365 email alerts, reviewing and categorizing them, coordinating with business processes and owners for secure information exchange, developing risk reduction plans, testing and tuning DLP policies, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Similarly, the role includes monitoring endpoint alerts, reviewing and categorizing them, coordinating with business processes and owners for secure data exchange, developing risk reduction plans, testing and tuning DLP policies, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
