Divot Filling Technician
About The Position
This position is designed as a part-time, seasonal role with flexible hours, focusing on filling fairway divots on landing areas. The work is performed in a team of 2-6 individuals, with shifts typically running from 6:00 am to 9:00 am, Monday through Friday. Exceptions can be made based on individual needs, and employees can choose how many days they wish to work. The goal is to complete the work before golfers are on the course. Employees will be provided with a utility vehicle filled with sand, buckets, and scoops. Grounds leaders will provide daily direction on which holes to focus on. This is a new position being implemented into the grounds department, and the company is seeking input to refine the role and identify improvements. The company aims for this to be an enjoyable morning activity with good conversation.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team of 2-6 individuals.
- Must not wear jeans or sweatpants.
- Must be able to work shifts between 6:00 am and 9:00 am.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday.
- Must not work alone.
