Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, with experience leading demand generation, SEO, content, and brand strategy
  • Experience building and optimizing tech stacks and scalable marketing processes that drive measurable results.
  • Comfort operating across both the creative and analytical sides of marketing — you love brainstorming as much as dashboards.
  • Strong leadership skills, including experience managing managers and developing high-performing teams.
  • Background in healthcare,recruitment, or similarly fast-paced industries.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities with composure, clarity, and humor.
  • A digitally savvy mindset — you know where to experiment, what to measure, and how to stay ahead of trends.
  • A builder mentality— comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and growth.
  • Process-oriented yet agile: you design structure that builds bridges, not bureaucracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including B2B/B2C demand generation in high-growth environments.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience, including managing managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep experience collaborating with agencies and offshore resources to drive performance.
  • Expertise with HubSpot and a comprehensive MarTech stack supporting lead nurturing, customer retention, and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of internal doers and trusted, capable contractors to deliver exceptional results. Bring in new voices and sets of hands when needed, allowing us to stay nimble and agile while still getting stuff done.
  • Own all strategic direction and marketing leadership — from planning to execution
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing plan to drive measurable revenue growth, elevate our brand, and delight providers and clients — all while staying on budget.
  • Serve as the ultimate bridge between brand awareness, campaigns, and reporting.
  • Create Demand (and lots of it):Design and execute full-funnel demand generation strategies that drive measurable growth through paid media, email, field marketing, events, and organic channels.
  • Make search engines your strongest ally to ensure our visibility stays high and consistent.
  • Guide content, creative, and design teams to produce materials that spark interest and leave a lasting impression.
  • Ensure every conference, campaign,and activation builds relationships and drives meaningful engagement.
  • Be the guardian of the All Star brand and voice.From web copy to ad campaigns, ensure our story connects authentically with healthcare professionals and partners.
  • Create full-funnel campaigns and content that keep our community engaged and convert advocates into loyalists.
  • Use insights to guide decisions and prove ROI. What gets measured gets managed.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with sales to ensure ongoing alignment and shared success.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability that empowers both full-time employees and contractors to do their best work.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive alignment and emphasize long-term, sustainable growth.
