The Divisional Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering onboarding and ongoing training within their assigned division. This role ensures staff are equipped to provide safe, high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with BHA policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. Unlike the Company Trainer, who supports all divisions, the Divisional Trainer is embedded within a specific division and serves as a hands-on trainer, coach, and mentor. The position supports employee onboarding, 30/60/90-day development, competency assessments, fidelity monitoring, and ongoing staff development. This is a safety-sensitive position.
