The Divisional Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and compliant service delivery within their assigned division at Behavioral Health Allies (BHA). This position is responsible for the development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding and ongoing training specific to the division’s service model, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. Unlike the Company Trainer, who supports training across all divisions, the Divisional Trainer is embedded within a single division and serves as a hands-on training leader, coach, and mentor for division staff. This role ensures employees are competent, confident, and aligned with evidence-based practices, safety expectations, and BHA operational standards. The Divisional Trainer directly supports employee onboarding, 30/60/90-day development, fidelity to practice, and ongoing skill-building—ensuring staff are equipped to deliver compassionate, ethical, and effective care while advancing BHA’s Core Values: Empower Through Innovation, Integrity in Action, Advocate with Passion, Leaders in Learning, Compassionate Care Always, and Sustainable Growth, Lasting Impact. This is a safety-sensitive position. Employees must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, including maintaining continuous alertness, providing direct supervision, driving individuals served as required, and administering medications as trained.
