Job Summary Divisional Operations Controller – Commissary & Regional Finance Support Position Summary: The Divisional Operations Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations for a high-volume commissary operation in the Dallas market while supporting broader regional finance initiatives across the East region. This role combines on-site financial ownership with regional leadership support responsibilities including training, forecasting, budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations finance
Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or commissary operations preferred
Strong experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Proven ability to lead training and support multi-unit operations
Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
Operational finance and cost control understanding
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to translate financial data into operational insights

Responsibilities

Oversee commissary financial operations including inventory, production costs, transfers, and revenue tracking
Lead monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Develop and manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts
Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights to operations leadership
Lead training and onboarding for Controllers and GMs across the region
Ensure compliance with company policies and support audits and internal control reviews
Drive system accuracy and reporting consistency across platforms
Support Regional Controller with various projects
Supporting Texas and Arkansas
Travel 25% - 30%
