About The Position

We’re looking for a Division Marketing Manager to own and execute brand and digital marketing strategies that drive growth across two well-established home service brands in the Seattle market. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on brand-specific marketing initiatives, manage high-impact digital campaigns, and serve as the go-to partner for local General Managers. Requirements

  • Digital-first mindset – You’ve built and managed PPC, paid search, and retargeting campaigns, either hands-on or in partnership with an agency.
  • Brand builder – You know how to increase awareness, drive local engagement, and represent a brand consistently across multiple channels.
  • Self-starter – You can work independently, juggle multiple projects, and aren’t afraid to be “scrappy” with resources when needed.
  • Collaborator – You thrive in a cross-functional environment, building strong partnerships with operations and leadership teams.
  • Humble & team-oriented – You leave ego at the door, and you’re motivated by growing the brand, not just personal recognition.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong track record of developing and executing successful strategies.
  • 3+ years of home services, retail, hospitality, or multi-site marketing preferred (HVAC, plumbing, electrical strongly desired).
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, GLSA, PPC, and paid digital strategy.
  • Experience managing vendor/agency partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own brand marketing for two brands – Develop tailored marketing strategies that align with each brand’s goals, service lines, and market position.
  • Drive digital growth – Lead PPC, Google Ads, GLSA, retargeting, and paid search campaigns in partnership with agency partners. Be the primary contact for digital performance.
  • Be the brand expert – Understand the Seattle home services market, seasonality, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to position each brand for growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership – Partner with General Managers and cross-functional teams (operations, sales, creative) to align campaigns with business needs.
  • Execute across channels – Work with internal experts and agencies to launch campaigns across digital, social, reputation, sponsorships, direct mail, radio, and more.
  • Analyze and optimize – Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights to drive incremental leads and revenue.
  • Champion brand communication – Lead regular marketing check-ins with leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and growth-focused initiatives.
