Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or other related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years related work experience.
Sales experience preferred.
Ability to pass FINRA Series 6, 63, and 26. We provide time to study during work hours to help you achieve this goal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across the home office and field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills to engage both virtual and in-person audiences.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

FIC, LUTC, CLU, CLF, or other industry credentials preferred.
Previous experience with recruiting and onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver systems, tools, and training to help field managers grow assigned regions.
Provide hands-on training to Regional Directors and Managing Partners in their local areas or during new territory start-ups.
Supervise, monitor, and influence performance of Managing Partners, Regional Directors, and Financial Representatives in a results-driven environment.
Offer feedback and coaching to field managers to enhance performance.
Travel occasionally to assigned regions for recruiting, training, supervision, and accountability.
Screen field management candidates and implement pre-management development programs for proper selection and preparation.
Recommend appointments and terminations of field managers to the Chief Distribution and Marketing Officer.
Serve as liaison between Home Office and field, fostering productive relationships and addressing concerns.
Be available beyond traditional hours to support field needs.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Benefits

Pay: The annual salary range for this position is $103,000-$114,000. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
Work Arrangements: This is a full-time office focused, salaried position. Office focused positions work on-site due to the nature of the work and have limited remote days. Approximately 15% travel, including weekends, may be required.
