About The Position

Responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Infor ERP system. This role requires a strong background in IT management, coupled with deep expertise in Infor ERP. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on ERP systems.
Extensive experience with Infor ERP, including implementation, customization, and support.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Iseries, IBMI, AS400, Excel, RPG, SQL, Tableau, Network Communications and Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Infor ERP Management: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of the Infor ERP system.
Manage and optimize ERP system performance, ensuring it meets the company’s operational needs.
Work closely with various departments to gather requirements, streamline processes, and ensure successful ERP integration.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient use of the ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network, server, and systems management.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company’s IT infrastructure.
Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop IT strategies that align with business goals.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance business operations.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and enhance productivity.
