About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in sales operations, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and achieving sales targets.
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in relevant tools.
  • Team management and leadership experience.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the overall sales operation.
