About The Position

The Divisional Director, Project Coordinators reports to the RVP Project Coordination Located in Lewisville TX Full-Time The Divisional Director, Project Coordinators, is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the project coordination function across multiple divisions or regions. With extensive experience, this role provides strategic direction, drives operational excellence, and fosters a culture of high performance within the project coordination teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • 12 – 15 years of experience in project coordination or management roles, with significant experience in leadership positions.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience managing project coordination teams across multiple divisions or regions preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in the foodservice industry preferred.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project coordination teams across multiple divisions or regions.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, goals, and objectives aligned with organizational priorities and growth targets.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the project coordination function.
  • Lead and manage a team of project coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
  • Define team structures, roles, and responsibilities, and optimize resource allocation to meet project demands.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Oversee the coordination and management of all projects within the division or region, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex project-related issues, providing strategic guidance and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project processes, drive efficiency, and mitigate risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a proactive and professional manner, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across divisions or regions, ensuring alignment of goals, objectives, and best practices.
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership, providing updates on project status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
