About The Position

Nucor Cold Finish Nebraska is looking for a Division Support Administrator to join their team. This is a developmental role. The Division Support Administrator is responsible for assisting various departments in administrative duties.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalate
  • Experience using Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in business or accounting
  • Two years’ experience in finance and/or accounting

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approvals.
  • Reconcile monthly statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to division leadership and departments (production, shipping, sales, safety, HR, etc.)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and callers, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage visitor sign-ins, badges and security procedures.
  • Complete Sales Invoice Reviews
  • Print and Enter Sales Orders
  • Updating customer forecasts
  • Review customer accounts for Ready-To-Ship material
  • Manage Material Ready Reports for customers
