Enterprise Job Description: The Division Supervision Manager II is responsible for oversight of Supervision Principals/ Supervision Managers supporting OSJs and aligned registered associates and sales leadership for the respective division/market. The role will serve to ensure regulatory compliance and corporate mandates for all designated activities and position the division/market to ensure successful results as measured by Branch Exams, Corporate Audit as well as exams from external regulators. This leader will provide oversight of various functions within the Supervisory Operations organization including monitoring of electronic communications, associate investment monitoring, registration, and other in-scope Supervisory routines. These functions must be completed with the highest degree of quality, timeliness, and partnership with the business. Series 7, 66, 9/10 or equivalent required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have FINRA Series 7, 8 or 9/10, 63/65 or 66 to be considered for the role (in lieu of the 8 or 9/10 we could consider candidates holding all of the following licenses: 4, 24, and 53)
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory issues
  • Strong auditing background with willingness to travel
  • Strong leadership abilities, communication and delegation skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of Supervision experience
  • Process and control ownership experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Supervision Principals/ Supervision Managers supporting OSJs and aligned registered associates and sales leadership for the respective division/market.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and corporate mandates for all designated activities.
  • Position the division/market to ensure successful results as measured by Branch Exams, Corporate Audit as well as exams from external regulators.

  • Functions as a member of the Consumer Investments supervision leadership team, responsible for a wide variety of delegated compliance, administrative and business functions.
  • Supports the company's business objectives and contributes to responsible growth by monitoring associate and client activities in ways that minimize regulatory, financial and reputational risks.
