About The Position

As the Division Sales Director, Beverage you will oversee and manage relations between Nutrabolt and DSD Distributor Partners, provide direction to our field sales force, and work alongside our NRS team to drive execution at retail. You will report to the VP of Beverage Distribution and will be responsible for giving feedback on, and ultimately carrying out, the tactical strategies laid out by the executive team. This position requires 60% travel as you will be responsible for aligning with our Distributor Partners, assessing market conditions, and driving performance.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of related experience with a proven track record of distributor and personnel management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the capability to train and present
  • Experienced in negotiation, trade budgeting, and retail programming
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must live near a major airport
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines
  • Must be able to lift 25Ibs+

  • Pre-existing working relationships with distributor partners of choice and relevant geographies preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic team of distribution management and sales professionals.
  • Ensure distributor partners across the region are fully aligned with Nutrabolt strategies and initiatives with established distributor management routines.
  • Effectively manage the performance of field sales team through the development and management of distribution and sales KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain critical relationships with key distributor and retailer stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of distribution and field sales strategies.
  • Advocate for or create the necessary resources required to win in the market.
  • Work cross-functionally with national sales, commercial execution, supply chain, marketing, finance, and other teams to drive successful market support and strategy for your region.
