As Division Quality Engineer, you'll operate at the intersection of continuous improvement leadership, hands-on quality system support, and data-enabled decision-making — helping CET's quality organization become more consistent, more responsive, and more preventive. This role involves championing Performance Excellence (PEx) across the division by promoting continuous improvement methodologies, structured problem-solving, and process excellence. You will partner with site and functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, apply best practices, and drive projects to successful completion. Additionally, you will support the proactive identification and mitigation of risks by strengthening process controls, measurement systems, issue prevention, and decision-making rigor. The role also provides hands-on support for divisional Plant/Process Quality Assurance (PQA) activities, including quality system improvements, process monitoring, standardization, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions, helping to align quality systems across sites for faster and more effective issue resolution. Furthermore, you will enable data-driven quality by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quality and operational data to surface trends, drive decisions, and inform priorities. This includes developing and improving dashboards, reports, and data tools to increase visibility and speed across the division's quality processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through data systems, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions. You will also drive cross-functional execution and adoption by supporting divisional quality projects and promoting consistency in quality practices and metrics across sites, leading training, documentation, communication, and adoption of new quality processes, systems, and tools, and collaborating across plant/site quality teams, operations, engineering, and divisional leadership to embed durable improvements.
