As a Manager I, Ocular Health Pharma Field Sales, you will lead high‑performing pharmaceutical sales teams focused on advancing ocular health across a large, strategically important geography. This remote position oversees two therapeutic areas—Dry Eye and Glaucoma—each with clearly defined coverage responsibilities. The Dry Eye territories include Birmingham, AL; Memphis, TN; Shreveport, LA; and New Orleans, LA, while the Glaucoma territories include Birmingham, AL; Little Rock, AR; Shreveport, LA; Jackson, MS; and New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will develop and execute business strategies that align with organizational goals, guide your teams in building meaningful relationships with eye care professionals, and ensure the needs of all partners are met within compliance guidelines. You’ll champion field excellence, strengthen cross‑functional collaboration, and maintain an active presence within the ophthalmic and optometric communities across your assigned markets.
