Pima County Development Services is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to serve as Division Manager of the Operations Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the development and permitting process, extensive experience working within the Accela permitting system, and a proven ability to supervise staff and lead organizational initiatives. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate across divisions to identify solutions, build consensus, and support continuous improvement efforts. A thorough understanding of development codes, regulations, and permitting processes is essential. As Division Manager, you will oversee the Operations Division, including management of the department's GIS, computer systems, IT support, finance functions, project management activities, and customer service initiatives. The position is also responsible for other operational functions that support the overall success of the department and its strategic goals. This leadership role reports directly to a Deputy Director and supervises a team of approximately 4–6 employees. Work is primarily performed in an office setting.
