About The Position

Infinity Labs is seeking a Division Lead to lead its human systems research laboratory and provide executive, technical, and operational leadership across the organization. The ideal candidate is a leader who can bring together diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, understand complex human-system interactions, and ensure the delivery of clear, accurate, and defensible technical products. This role requires a broad understanding of various disciplines including anthropometry, aviation operations, engineering, Human Systems Integration, program management, technical evaluation, acquisition, and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting complex operational, technical, scientific, engineering, or program activities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical organizations or programs.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and complex Department of War or comparable technical programs.
  • Strong program and project management capability.
  • Experience integrating scientific, engineering, operational, acquisition, and customer stakeholders.
  • Excellent technical writing, editing, briefing, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with aviation, anthropometry, Human Systems Integration, human factors, engineering, government acquisition, or related aerospace activities.
  • Ability to travel in support of evaluations, customer activities, and technical engagements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the security eligibility required for assigned programs.
  • US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.
  • Acceptable - Secret level clearance

  • Department of the Air Force acquisition, operational, or research experience.
  • Leadership experience within a multidisciplinary research, engineering, or technical laboratory.
  • Experience developing or applying accommodation methodologies or body-size standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead scientists, engineers, investigators, operational subject matter experts, and supporting personnel.
  • Establish laboratory strategy, priorities, technical standards, and long-term capability development.
  • Serve as the primary contractor interface with Government technical and program leadership.
  • Translate customer requirements into executable scientific and engineering objectives.
  • Manage staffing, workload, technical resources, schedules, risk, and contract execution.
  • Participate directly in aircraft, equipment and human-system evaluations when appropriate.
  • Conduct or support anthropometric assessments and operational evaluations.
  • Review evaluation methodologies, engineering approaches, statistical interpretations, technical conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Serve as senior editor for major laboratory technical products.
  • Approve final technical and engineering recommendations before customer delivery.
  • Lead technical interchange meetings, customer reviews, milestone reviews, and executive briefings.
  • Assess and manage technical, schedule, staffing, contractual, and programmatic risk.
  • Develop future technical leaders and build a culture emphasizing scientific integrity, engineering excellence, collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support technical capture, proposal development, staffing strategies, labor estimates, and business growth.
