About The Position

Solid Rock Recruiting is seeking an experienced Division 10 Project Manager / Estimator for a fully remote position supporting estimating, project coordination, and client communication for commercial specialties projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have strong Division 10 experience, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and experience managing commercial specialties projects from estimating through closeout, handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

Experience within Division 10 commercial specialties required
Prior project management and/or estimating experience in commercial construction
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Comsense Opening Suite strongly preferred
Commercial specialties experience including toilet partitions, accessories, lockers, operable partitions, fire protection specialties, or related scopes
Experience with submittals, procurement, scheduling, and project financial tracking
Familiarity working with general contractors and commercial construction teams nationwide

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for Division 10 commercial specialties projects
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Perform quantity takeoffs and coordinate pricing with manufacturers and vendors
Manage projects from award through closeout
Coordinate submittments, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation
Maintain communication with general contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams
Track project costs, RFIs, change orders, and project timelines
Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day project coordination
Utilize Comsense Opening Suite for estimating and project management functions
