Diving Inspection Supervisor
About The Position

They are seeking a highly experienced Diving Inspection Supervisor to join their Michigan-based underwater inspection team. This role involves direct involvement and supervision of underwater structural assessments on projects across the United States. The position requires supervising, performing, and assisting with surface supplied diving operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, adherence to legal requirements like ADCI regulations, USACE provisions, and state/federal laws. The supervisor is also responsible for the safety of divers and equipment, conducting safety briefings, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate records of diving operations. Out-of-state travel may be required for up to two weeks at a time on rare occasions, with meals, lodging, and travel company-paid. Requirements
- BA/BS + 2 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Valid Driver’s license
- ACDE Dive School Diploma or Military Diving Diploma

Responsibilities
- Supervising, performing, and assisting with surface supplied diving operations
- Executing each project ensuring a satisfied customer including legal requirements such as: ADCI regulations, USACE provisions and state and federal laws
- Ensuring the safety of all divers and equipment
