About The Position

The Divider Machine Operator operates the dough pump/kneader, divider, rounder, and overhead proofer to achieve the required dough-piece size and production speed for each product. The role requires competency in on-the-job activities that may directly or indirectly affect product safety, legality, or quality. The operator also assists with dough mixing and maintains a clean work area.

Requirements

Ability to speak and understand instructions in English.
Ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety procedures and signs.
Meet and maintain CDC food-handling requirements and other governmental and/or customer requirements.
Ability to wear and use approved, applicable safety equipment as needed.
Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and up to 16 hours daily.
Ability to occasionally stoop and bend while assisting in lifting a dough module weighing up to 120 pounds.
Ability to push or pull wheeled carts weighing 400–500 pounds for 150 feet.
Ability to cross over five steps to reach the work site.
