About The Position
Lincoln International is seeking participants for a day-long M&A workshop hosted at our Chicago Office on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 12 PM to 5 PM CT, followed by a networking event from 5 PM to 10 PM CT. This workshop is designed for rising first-year MBA students who identify as female, LGBTQ+, and/or African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American or Pacific Islander, or are a veteran. The workshop will provide insight into the role of an Associate in a middle-market investment bank and offer networking opportunities with Lincoln bankers.
Requirements
- First-year MBA students beginning their MBA program in Fall 2026.
- Available for a 2027 Summer Associate internship at Lincoln.
- Interested in working in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dallas for the duration of the internship.
- Fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior M&A, capital raising or investment banking experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide insight into the role of an Associate in a middle-market investment bank.
- Offer networking opportunities with Lincoln bankers.
