About The Position
The Easton Area School District is seeking a Districtwide Elementary Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in the appropriate area. The selected candidate will demonstrate a strong academic record, provide excellent educational references and related experience, show knowledge of current educational research, and successfully complete interviews and meet all local requirements.
Requirements
- Hold or be eligible for a Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in the appropriate area.
- Provide evidence of a strong academic record.
- Provide excellent educational references and related experience.
- Submit electronically via the applicant tracking system.
- Submit a cover letter expressing interest.
- Submit a resume.
- Submit a PA Standard Teaching Application.
- Submit three current Letters of Recommendation (within one year).
- Submit a copy of Teaching Certificate.
- Submit a copy of college/university transcripts.
- Provide Act 34 PSP Criminal Record Check.
- Provide Act 114 FBI Criminal History Check.
- Provide Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance.
- Provide Act 24/82 PDE 6004 form.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction to elementary students (Grade K-5).
- Demonstrate knowledge of current educational research.
- Complete a series of interviews.
- Meet all local requirements.
