About The Position

As a Staff Pharmacist, this role is critical in delivering the company's purpose, modeling values, and providing authentic care for patients. The position involves supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, and is accountable for the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy. A key component is keeping customers and patients healthy through patient care programs. The role requires displaying empathy, motivating and developing staff, identifying business opportunities, implementing solutions, adapting to change, collaborating, and contributing to a positive team culture, all while applying knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors.

Requirements

  • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
