Ensure the implementation of corporate plans, budgets, customer service, employee training, profitability and accountability of retail stores. The District Supervisor is responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of Store Managers, overseeing various aspects of store operations including financial controls, inventory management, store appearance, employee morale, and gross profit margins. They also enforce operational procedures, supervise marketing philosophy implementation, and conduct financial reviews of each store. Compliance with all laws, licenses, and permits is essential, as is maintaining open communication channels and a professional corporate image. The role requires objective decision-making regarding employees and company issues, regular store visits with written inspections, and accountability for product control, employee management, and emergency procedures. Availability by telephone and a valid driver's license are also required.
