About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. We aim to spread joy and happiness, and are committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts. The District Shift Leader role is part of a targeted General Manager development plan, preparing individuals to take ownership of a bakery as a General Manager. The role requires adaptability, jumping into different tasks to ensure high-quality food and beverages for guests and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. The General Manager development plan includes training in restaurant administrative duties such as inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, P&L analysis, achieving food cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting quality team members.
