Responsibilities

Sell highest-quality food service supplies and equipment to restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other institutions.
Participate in meetings, industry trade shows, and new product presentations.
Perform cold calling to find new business.
Maintain regular contact with existing accounts.
Communicate regularly with supporting departments.
Meet with customers regularly and consult on their menus to build strong business relationships.
Take customers' food orders and follow up on next-day deliveries.
Utilize customer service skills to develop accounts and expand customer opportunities.
Propose new menu ideas, assist in resolving issues, encourage client participation in food shows, and introduce customers to product specialists.
Research industry information and customer needs to provide appropriate prices, product information, sampling, and follow-up.
Assist in the credit management of customers, ensuring they remain current with payments and invoices.
Engage with clients and assist them with all their food service needs.
