The District Sales Manager is responsible to act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current Ben E. Keith Company Employee Handbook. Lead, direct and coach a District Sales Representative (DSR) team. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers.
