This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization. We are looking for a District Manager who focuses on chemical sales with experience in the chemical industry, or a related field. The successful candidate will work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer support to potential and existing clients. This candidate is required to travel to meet current and existing clients as needed. Requirements

  • 5+ years in the wastewater treatment industry, with a primary focus on meat packaging & processing facilities.
  • Must have technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including a variety of experience in food (packaging and processing) and beverage, mining, oil and gas, or related.
  • Must sit in Vernon, CA and willing to travel regionally.
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
  • Incumbent is subject to a background check.
  • Local State Driver’s license and proof of insurance required by the time of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • 5-10 years experience selling chemical solutions.
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute sales plans with new and existing customers to achieve growth targets.
  • Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives, to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide on-site and virtual technical support to customers by identifying and resolving challenges and escalating issues as needed.
  • Support clients with repairs and maintenance to uphold our chemistry / equipment programs.
  • Engage in problem-solving by conducting system analyses, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive training on Cesco products, verifying proper application equipment functionality, and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Actively promote and support Cesco innovations and technology within assigned accounts to strengthen long-term business relationships.
