About The Position
This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a District Sales Manager position. The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November. The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including, sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions. Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Must have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
- Must have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a District Sales Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of store operation (average 3 stores) including sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.
- Construction and opening of assigned Spirit stores.
- Operating assigned Spirit stores.
- Closing/tear down of assigned Spirit stores.
