About The Position

This is a seasonal position for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween as a District Sales Manager. The role typically runs from July to November and involves overseeing the sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink management for an average of 3 stores. Responsibilities also include the construction, opening, operation, and closing/tear-down of assigned Spirit stores.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
• Previous experience as a District Sales Manager for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of store operation (average 3 stores) including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and all related functions.
• Construction and opening of assigned Spirit stores.
• Operating assigned Spirit stores.
• Closing/tear-down of assigned Spirit stores.
