District Sales Manager

As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will play a key role in presenting our customers with a consultative, relationship-focused approach -- one that will make their food service businesses thrive. This position will reside in : Boynton Beach, FL.
Requirements
- Four or more years of previous sales or business experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, including profitability models
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours
- Maintaining a valid, unrestricted state driver's license and a safe driving record
- If applicable, must participate in the company vehicle reimbursement program and maintain required insurance levels
Responsibilities
- Leading People: Hire, develop, and retain staff, creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders
- Identify goals and objectives, provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions
- Developing Business Plans: Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives
- Understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance
- Engage with the Industry: Visit key existing and future customers
- Learn how to lead following the Servant Leadership model/framework
- Learn how to Participate in food shows, regional customer events, customer segment shows, and customer trips to headquarters to maintain visibility with customers, segments, or associations
