About The Position
This is a seasonal position for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween as a District Sales Manager. The role typically runs from July to November. The District Sales Manager oversees all aspects of store operations for an average of 3 stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink reduction, and related functions. Responsibilities also include the construction, opening, operation, and closing/tear-down of assigned Spirit stores.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Previous experience working for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in a District Sales Manager position
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operation for an average of 3 stores
- Manage sales, payroll, recruiting, and training
- Handle employee relations, expense control, and shrink reduction
- Manage the construction, opening, operation, and closing/tear-down of assigned Spirit stores
