This role has a keen eye for detail and possesses the ability to analyze and interpret data to create a comprehensive plan. The District Sales Manager is highly skilled in optimizing sales effectiveness in partnership with other leaders and inspires and engages the team to drive profitable business results. This role monitors, analyzes, and reports on district sales results, provides input on organizational needs, associate actions, and sales team development, and provides ongoing coaching to develop and encourage the team. The District Sales Manager manages the successful execution of sales strategies and plans for the district.
