Responsibilities
- Giving direction to ensure that stores operating to all company standards including guest service, store look, promotional efforts, policy and procedure compliance, expense control and people development.
- Achieving district sales plan including giving clear direction to ensure plan is met, controlling expenses, and meeting company shrinkage goals.
- Visiting each store personally to assess store manager's performance and give direction to maximize results.
- Completing special projects (store remodels, openings, closing, etc).
