Requirements

  • Results-driven sales professional with 5+ years of experience in pump markets.
  • Strong technical acumen to read and interpret project specifications.
  • Communication and leadership skills to inspire business partners and win new business.
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in pump sales or a closely related industry.
  • Strong understanding of pumps, their markets, and applications across the Industry segment.
  • Professional sales skills including key account strategy development, pricing negotiation, and business partner management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-business tools.
  • Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing distributor and dealer networks across multiple territories.
  • Familiarity with reading and commenting on project specifications and engineering drawings for pump systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
