About The Position
Champion Window is seeking an enthusiastic and financially driven individual with leadership and in-home sales experience to join their team as a District Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training employees, driving sales, and growing the business profits for multiple Champion locations. This position requires a successful, confident sales leader with experience effectively leading a sales business. Excellent communication and leadership skills are vital for success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Sales experience in a business to consumer (B2C) environment required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting
- Experience managing Profit and Loss
- Computer software competencies including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work standard retail hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
Responsibilities
- Coach and motivate sales staff to achieve sales peak performance
- Maintain knowledge and trends in the in-home sales industry
- Develop local advertising and marketing efforts to generate sales opportunities
- Create positive relationships with customers and employees
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Maintain operational compliance with corporate policies, practices, procedures, and government regulation
