Coordination with regional leadership on sales budgets, providing district reports using Power BI, and growing the team through effective management processes are key aspects of this position. The role also includes assisting Territory Sales Managers with business plans, coaching on selling processes, maintaining communication with key constituents, and implementing sales and marketing plans. Successful recruitment, hiring, training, and development of talent are crucial, as is assisting in the development of region-level execution plans. The manager must complete administrative duties accurately and timely, always represent the company in line with its core values, and create a safe work environment. This position manages subordinate Territory Sales Managers and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sales region, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
