Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annuallyAdditional Compensation: This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 35% of base salary based on KPI achievement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Successful track record in sales leadership, territory management, or foodservice sales preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, gross profit performance, and team accountability.
  • Ability to build trust, influence others, and lead with professionalism and consistency.
  • General knowledge of inventory, operations, and culinary concepts.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance required.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to embrace new technology and data platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation with insurance.
  • Ability to travel within the district and surrounding market as needed.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Sales Consultants within the district through regular field engagement, performance management, and ongoing accountability.
  • Execute district sales plans in alignment with budget, gross profit, Harbor Brand, receivables, and KPI goals.
  • Review district performance against plan, case goals, and key operating metrics, and take action to improve results where needed.
  • Drive profitable growth through effective territory planning, new account development, and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Promote consultative selling practices that position Harbor as a trusted partner and preferred supplier in the marketplace.
  • Partner with Territory Sales Consultants on customer strategy, prospecting activity, sales planning, and key growth opportunities.
  • Coach Territory Sales Consultants in product knowledge, industry awareness, technology adoption, and effective territory management.
  • Use sales data, reporting tools, and performance insights to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support service execution, customer success, and overall district performance.
  • Participate in sales meetings, ride-alongs, customer planning, and other sales-related activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
