The District Sales Manager is responsible for providing the sales team with formal and informal training in areas such as prospecting, cold calling, delivering impactful presentations, needs satisfaction selling, product knowledge, and proposal writing. They will lead and manage a team of Account Executives (AEs) to achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual new business sales targets. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, conducting field evaluations, monitoring new sales opportunities, ensuring high customer satisfaction and ethical standards, analyzing account profitability, and stimulating new insights related to selling techniques. The manager will also train the sales team on prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and needs satisfaction selling, collaborate on strategic plans, monitor sales performance, stay informed about product offerings and industry trends, recruit and onboard new sales talent, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build customer relationships.
