Our District Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sales team and supporting day-to-day tasks including but not limited to people leadership, recruiting, schedule, payroll budgets, facility maintenance, and most importantly the member and team member experience. We're looking for someone with prior management experience overseeing multiple locations, genuine customer service skills and a passion for great workplace culture. Reporting to our Regional VP of Sales, the District Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall success of the clubs in their designated district by developing our team to ensure we are aligned in providing an exceptionally positive experience for our staff, members, and guests. The position's purpose is to develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and hits business objectives, aligning with EōS Fitness' Core Purpose to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
