Position Summary The District Sales Manager I serves as the primary liaison between the company, its independent dealer network, and customers to drive sales growth, market share expansion, and dealer success across the assigned territory. This role leads the execution of sales strategies for DEVELON's construction equipment portfolio by strengthening dealer capabilities, developing territory business plans, and expanding retail sales opportunities. Working closely with dealers and internal cross-functional teams, the District Sales Manager I provides sales leadership, product training, market insights, and business support to enhance dealer performance, customer satisfaction, and brand representation.
