Responsibilities

Manage a sales district comprised of 10-25 Route Sales Representatives (RSR’s).
Lead a $5-15 Million dollar business.
Provide administrative and technical support to direct reports.
Facilitate information to direct reports.
Participate in a 12+ month leadership onboarding/training program with a customized plan to assimilate and develop necessary skillsets.
Learn the Frito Lay Route Sales System and gain exposure to key players and functions across the Region Business Team.
Complete 4-6 months of route level work to learn the foundation of the business and develop an understanding of the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network and supply chain.
