About The Position

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is hiring District Porters in the Denver, CO area to collect doorstep trash and recycling from apartment communities. This is a part-time evening job perfect for anyone looking for supplemental income, a second job, or side work with a flexible night schedule. No experience required. Company truck provided. Paid training.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of clean driving history (required for company truck eligibility)
• Smartphone with active data plan for route management
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Active bank account for direct deposit
• Must be 18+

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided pickup truck to assigned apartment communities
• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps
• Transport waste to the onsite compactor or dumpster
• Keep compactor and trash chute areas broom-swept and clean
• Replace dog station bags and common area waste bags
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents
