DISTRICT/OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
About The Position
Assess each store's ability to exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, service, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety and regulatory conditions. Serve as the subject matter expert and liaison with Retail Operations to provide feedback on the effectiveness of the Enterprise operational plans/programs, systems and/or application opportunities. Work with store management to identify store opportunities, analyze reports and make recommendations to improve sales, shrink, safety, profit and the customers shopping experience. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert in retail operations.
- Ability to analyze reports and make recommendations.
- Understanding of sales, shrink, safety, and customer experience metrics.
